Obtaining Texture Source Files

In order to receive access to the source files, you will need to provide a few pieces of information to verify your purchase.

Required

  • Epic ID (The email address you use to login to your account)

 

  • Order ID (Included in the receipt delivered upon purchasing a product)

Making The Request

Once you have the above information, send an email to the support line at SE_JonF@hotmail.com. Be sure to specify which pack(s) you are requesting the source textures for, and to include the Epic ID & Order ID(s).

 

Verifying your order with Epic may take some time, so please allow a few days for me to hear back from them. Upon successful verification, you will be given access to the requested source files.
